“We had a sewer line backup. I called and immediately Julian gave me a time he would arrive (within 90 min.!) A short time later he texted back and upped his arrival by 30 min. He was very prompt and I liked the fact I could directly text him instead of going through a phone call and a switchboard (which means a delay and a middleman.) Julian is a no-nonsense type of guy - no chitchat, just "Talk to me." :) He had my drain cleaned and all water free-flowing within 30 min. Didn't leave until I was assured everything was okay. The only surprise was that he doesn't take credit cards, only Zelle, etc. But he accepted my check, a point that older people need to know who don't pay by all the newest apps. I found his charge reasonable for what he did, and I definitely will use him if I have another plumbing issue. He has a great work ethic, promptly texts you, arrives when he says he will be there. He gets the job done without distractions, and won't waste your time. In and out, problem solved. Yes, he's a rare find these days! Highly recommend!”
